CANCELLATION AND RESERVATIONS

– Free cancellation with up to 15 days in advance (refund of reservation amount).
– At the time of booking, as a guarantee of the same, proof of bank transfer will be requested from 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid at check-in.;
– In case of no-show, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded;
– Special offers have specific cancellation policies, therefore they must be consulted individually;
– Gift vouchers, once issued, do not allow cancellation and return;
– All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

– Children up to 2 years: free;
– The reservation of cribs is made on request and is subject to confirmation of availability.
